Fan Merch Policy

We love seeing your creativity and support for The Bunny Graveyard! But, if you're unsure about what our rules for fan merch are, please take a look at this page.

To keep things fair for everyone, here’s what’s okay (and not okay) when it comes to fan-made merchandise.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Create and sell handmade or small-batch fan merchandise (like art prints, stickers, keychains, charms, etc.) inspired by The Bunny Graveyard.
Sell this merch in small quantities (for example, through conventions, Etsy, or other small online shops).
Use characters, designs, and themes from The Bunny Graveyard in non-commercial fan art, videos, or cosplay.
Make charity merch or events, as long as all profits go to a legitimate charity (and it’s clearly stated as fan-made).

WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

Make or sell plushies, toys, or other 3D collectibles, those are reserved for official merchandise. (Unless we give you permission to do so.)
Mass-produce or sell items in a way that competes with, replaces, or copies official The Bunny Graveyard merchandise.
Use official logos, title art, or character sprites in your products or branding.
Create or sell NFTs, AI-generated merch, or blockchain-based items using The Bunny Graveyard characters or art.
Claim that your products are official, licensed, or endorsed by Pichon Games LLC.
Use The Bunny Graveyard content in hateful, political, or inappropriate material.

TIPS TO STAY SAFE

Clearly label your items as “fan-made” or “unofficial”.
If your fan merch starts doing really well (for example, you’re selling hundreds of units or making major revenue), please reach out to Pichon Games LLC for permission.
If you’re unsure about a specific product or idea, you can contact us at contact@pichongames.com before selling.

All characters, names, and assets from The Bunny Graveyard are the intellectual property of Pichon Games LLC.
We reserve the right to ask you to remove or stop selling any item that we believe violates this policy or misrepresents our brand.
